地方政府应对网络舆论危机问题研究

Research on Local Governmental Respond to Crisis of Public Network Opinion

近年来不断发生的网络舆论危机事件,使各级地方政府遭遇了一种全新的危机模式即政府网络舆论危机。当前,地方政府在网络舆论危机应对中存在诸如权威信息发布不及时、行动反应迟缓等处置失当的问题,折射出其危机意识的缺乏、应对机制的不完善、信息传递渠道受制约和对公众知情权的漠视等。要正确应对网络舆论危机,地方政府必须树立高度的危机意识,拓展信息传递渠道,做好网络舆论的监测预警等各项工作。

In recent years,the network crisis of government makes the local governments face a new crisis mode for public opinions.Responding to the network crisis,the local governments are challenged by the following problems,untimely releasing of the authoritative information and slow response to the crisis,which indicated that there are lack of crisis awareness,imperfect responding policy,restricted channel for releasing information,and ignorance of the public rights for knowing the information.Solving the crisis requires sensitive awareness of crisis,extending the channel for releasing the information and supervising the public opinion from the internet.
