摘要
随着干部人事制度改革不断深化,干部选拔任用工作出现了新的特点和新的问题。就新时期的干部选拔任用工作进行了认真分析思考,提出目前干部选拔任用的基本条件,并对如何以科学发展观为指导积极推进干部选拔任用工作提出建议。
with the development of personnel system,there are new features and problems for the selection of cadres.The basic requirements for the selection of cadres are to be put forward through careful analysis of selecting system for cadres in new time and guidance of scientific outlook of development.
