摘要
基于MATLAB软件开发了一套共轨系统路谱统计软件,设计了实时显示的人机交互界面,采用面向对象的编程方法实现了同电控单元的串口通信程序及定时数据处理程序;并将代码编译打包,满足了通用安装的需求;运用该软件对一辆油耗偏高的自主共轨公交车进行跟踪实验,结果显示该车柴油机运行范围多集中在较高油耗区域,经控制参数优化后平均运行油耗降低12%,效果良好。
A suit of road map analysis software for common rail system is developed based on MATLAB by which the user interface program and communication protocol with electronic control unit through serial port and data process function are realized.The entire program codes are compiled using deploy tool that satisfy general setup need.Experiments results on a bus equipped common rail system whose fuel consumption is high indicate that the diesel engine's working points are in low-economic area.Through modifying the control parameters average fuel consumption has reduced by 12%.
