CFD计算在柴油机燃烧室及喷油嘴匹配中的应用

摘要 对某型号柴油机的2种气道、2种喷油嘴和4种燃烧室匹配的燃烧过程进行了三维数值模拟计算,根据不同工况下的计算结果,分析了燃烧室形状和喷油嘴匹配方案对气缸平均压力、平均温度、NOx和碳烟(SOOT)排放量的影响,根据NOx和SOOT排放量的结果确定了喷油嘴和燃烧室的最佳匹配方案。 Based on combustion processes,the numerical simulation is made in a diesel engine for optimization of 2 kinds of intake port,2 kinds of nozzle and 4 type of combustion chamber.According to calculated results in different operation condition,the influence in the combination of combustion chamber and nozzle on average pressure,average temperature,the quantity of NOx and SOOT is analyzed.Finally,based on quantity of NOx and SOOT,the best combination of combustion chamber and diesel nozzle is determined.
