摘要
为了在设计开发中预测消声器内部结构对发动机动力性的影响,利用数值模拟软件GT-POWER建立了捷达发动机和其配套消声器的联合模型,并且通过实验进行了模型的验证,利用验证好的模型,研究了排气系统对发动机动力性的影响,并且研究了消声器内部压差分布情况,结果表明在发动机中低转速时,消声器对发动机造成的功率损失很小。在高转速时消声器给发动机带来的功率损耗主要来自于尾消。
In order to predict the influence of internal structure in muffler on the engine power,a joint model of the engine and muffler was established with numerical simulation software GT-POWER,and the model is verified with experiment results.The verified model is used to study the influence of the exhaust system on the engine power and the pressure distribution in the muffler.The results show when the engine speed is low or middle the influence of muffler on engine power is very small,and when the engine speed is high the lose of engine power come mainly from the rear muffler.
