农业技能训练对提高精神分裂症患者自尊水平的研究

Research of Agriculture Skill Training to lmprove Self-esteem Level of Schizophrenics

目的:探讨农业技能训练对提高精神分裂症患者自尊水平的心理康复作用。方法:采用自尊量表(SES)对45例住院精神分裂症患者与40名对照组进行评定,治疗前后自身对照和两组互相对照。结果:研究组在农业技能训练班培训后,SES分明显增高,与训练前对照有显著性差异(t=13.26,P<0.01)。与对照组比较,SES评分明显提高(t=13.02,P<0.01)),在统计学上有显著性差异。结论:农业技能训练有助于消除精神分裂症患者的自卑情绪,提高自尊水平。

Objective：give 45 schizophrenics at recovery period the training of agriculture planting skill through agriculture skill training course,in order to overcome self-abasement,raise self-esteem level,moreover investigate whether the agriculture skill training plays a role in improving schizophrenics＇ self-esteem level.Methods：adopt self-esteem scale（SES） to evaluate the 45 schizophrenics trained and other 40 untrained,compare the SES scores of the 45 before and after training,and then compare the scores of 45 after training and 40 without training.Results： the 45s＇ SES scores of after training is higher than before training obviously,there is significant difference between them（t=13.26,P0.01）,compared with the other 40s＇,SES scores also raise and have significant difference in statistics（t=13.02,P0.01）.Conclusions： agriculture skill training can get rid of self-abasement and raise self-esteem,in addition it can contributes to patients＇ communication skill and the ability to the adjustment of the society.Learning and raising agriculture skill creat conditions for returning to society,it＇s one of the most important rehabilitation training methods for the schizophrenics.
