上海市未婚女青年生殖健康知识状况分析

ANALYSIS ON REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH KNOWLEDGE AMONG UNMARRIED WOMEN IN SHANGHAI

本文利用上海市5个区县2580名婚前体检的女青年问卷调查资料对上海市未婚女青年的生殖健康知识状况进行了分析。结果显示，婚检女青年中有性经历的比例为69．3％，首次性行为的平均年龄为21．8岁。相当一部分女青年缺乏生育、避孕和性病知识，有的具有错误的知识。多因素分析表明，影响女青年生殖健康知识水平的因素有：年龄、受教育程度、职业、经济收入、同胞数、是否有无话不谈的朋友、是否与人讨论过性问题、业务时间安排、有无避孕史及人工流产史、父母受教育程度等。调查提示，应通过学校、医院和书报传媒等途径加强未婚青年的生殖健康知识教育。

Reproductive health knowledge was assessed among women who visited the MCH centers for the required premarital physical examination in three urban districts and two rural counties in Shanghai between 1995 and 1996. Among 2580 subjects, 69.3 % of them were sexually experienced. The mean age at time of first intercourse was 21' 8. Many unmarried womenlacked knowledge of fertility, contraception and STDs, and some of them had incorrect knowledge. The results of multivariatelogistic regression analysis showed that age, education, occupation. income, number of siblings, whether or not she had a closefriend to whom she can talk about everything, whether or not she had discussed sexual topic with somebody, how to spend thespare time, history of contraceptive use and induced abortion, and parents)s education were related to the level of reproductivehealth knowledge. The survey indicated that it is necessary to strengthen sex education among unmarried young people throughschool and hospital, and distribution of booklets.
