摘要
对成都市1997年30364例食品从业人员肠道沙门氏菌属与志贺氏菌属的带菌检查,检出肠道带菌者135例,带菌率为0.44%。其中,检出沙门氏菌128株,共6个血清型。德尔卑沙门氏菌检出最高,鼠伤寒次之,构成比分别为40.35%和32.81%;从年龄分布看,20岁以下年龄组所占比例最高,为1.28%;就人员行业分布而言,招待所食堂、餐饮等饮食服务性质的人员带菌所占比例大,为1.5%;带菌多为夏秋季,带菌率为0.59%和0.49%。
Objective: To prevent bromatoxisom and infection disease in bowel caused by carriers to belong to food service personnel. Methods: To examine salmonella and shigella in stools for 30364 food service personnel in 1997. Results: In 30364 food service personnel, 135 carriers to belong to salmonella and shigella were found, bearing-bacteria rate was 0. 44% (0. 37%~ 0. 52% ). There were 128 strain and 6 serotyping in salmonella. Constituent ratio for salmonella derby accounted for 40. 36 per cent of the total checkout, and it for salmonella typhimurium 32. 81 %.
