摘要
本文分析了菏泽市老年人恶性肿瘤死亡资料。其结果是，老年人恶性肿瘤死亡率为723．85／10万，占老年人全死因死亡的17．44％；男女两性恶性肿瘤死亡率均随年龄的增长有上升趋势（P＜0．01），男性各年龄组恶性死亡率均高于同年龄组女性恶性肿瘤死亡率（P＜0．05）；目前，老年人前四位恶性肿瘤为肺癌、食管癌、胃癌和肝癌。建议对老年人恶性肿瘤采取有效、及时的防治措施。
in this article, the data on the malignant tumour mortality rates among old population in Heze City was analysed.The results showed that the total malignant tumour rates was 723. 85/105 with the proportion of 17. 44%. There were increasingtrends in malignant tumour mortality rates with the ages rising. The malignant tumour mortality rates were higher in male thanthose in female. Now lung cancer, gullet cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer were the four leading malignant tumours among oldpopulation. it's suggested to take effective measures in time and actively.
