幼儿教师反思性教学现状的调查研究——以山西省忻州市为例

摘要 反思性教学是二十世纪80年代以来在欧美国家兴起的一种新的教学理论,至今已成为一股影响世界各国教育实践的强劲教学思潮。反思性教学把教学与研究有机地融为一体,是提高教学质量,促进幼儿教师专业成长的强大推动力。本研究采用调查法,从幼儿教师的反思意识、反思性教学过程设计、反思性教学活动实施、反思性教学活动评价、反思途径五个方面进行调查。研究中分析了幼儿教师反思性教学开展的现状及其存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策与建议,以期为提高幼儿教师教学质量提供一定的借鉴。 Reflecting Teaching,which is a new kind of teaching theory rising in European and American countries since 1980s,has become a powerful trend of thought influencing the educational practice profoundly worldwide.Through organically integrating the teaching and research,reflecting can be used as a strong impetus to improve teaching quality and promote the professional development of preschool educators.Aiming at investigating the current situation of preschool educators' reflecting teaching,this thesis survey from five aspects: educators reflecting conscience,teaching design,the implementation of teaching activities,teaching assessment and means.Using questionnaire method,this research analyzes the application and existing problems of preschool educators' reflecting teaching.Based on the above,it puts forward some relevant suggestions on improving teaching practice of preschool educators' reflecting teaching to provide them with some valuable references on teaching quality.
