重庆市北碚区三个行政村土地流转模式探析

Research on the Mode of Land Use Transfer in Three Administrative Villages in Beibei District of Chongqing

该文分析比较了重庆市北碚区三个行政村土地流转模式,指出在农村土地流转中,只要适宜当地条件、满足项目发展需要、能够促进农村土地的高效利用,就可以大胆实践,为农村发展、农民增收创造条件。要做好土地流转工作,在有法律法规的保障和政策主导的同时还要充分考虑市场因素。

By studying the mode of land use transfer in three administrative villages in Beibei district of Chongqing,this paper points out that the land use tranfer policy can be carried out to create conditions for rural development and the growth of farmers＇ income as long as it is suitable to the local conditions and the demand of certain projects,as well as is able to promote the efficient utilization of rural land.And besides laws,regulations and policy,market factors should be also fully considered in order for the better implementation of land use transfer.
