实施幼儿园参考食谱一年效果分析

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTS ABOUT APPLY THE RECIPES OF REFERENCE IN KINDERGARTENS FOR ONE YEAR

摘要 本文用称重法调查厦门市城区四个幼儿园实施参考食谱前后的膳食营养情况。并结合儿童体重、身高进行分析。发现实施食谱后,幼儿园膳食营养得到明显改善。基本达到平衡膳食。应用85年九城区正常男童体格发育评价,儿童体重、身高达均值以上的百分率分别从96年的66.3%、65.9%上升到97年的72.3%、69.9%。3项指标综合评价营养不良发病率从96年的3.0%下降到97年的2.0%,证实了幼儿园参考食谱的可行性。 In the paper, weighing method was used to survey four kindergartens which applied the recipes of reference in Xiamen urban. Then analysed the dietary and nutritional status combined with body height and weight of the children. It showed the nutrition of diet in the kindergartens were improved significantly. It almost reached balanced diet. Using the standard of the growth and development from normal children of nine urbans as a reference. The rate of children's body weight and height over mean was added to 72. 3% and 69. 9% in 1997 from 66. 3% and 65. 9 % in 1996. The rate of malnutrition was decreased to 2. 0% in 1997 from 3. 0% in 1996. This recipes of kindergartens is proved available.
