摘要
在分析20世纪90年代后护理专业学生特点和在实践中常易出现问题的基础上,提出关注护生服务关怀能力、专业操作能力和法律维权能力作为评判思维核心能力培养的主体,在理性回答"是什么""为什么"与"怎么做"的护理实践与自我学习中,催化护生对爱心奉献护理职业生涯的情感升华,是提升护生综合素质的重要措施之一。
Based on analyzing the characteristics and problems occurred in practice easily of nursing students after 90 years in the 20th century,it put forward that taking concerning about services caring ability,professional operation ability and legal rights ability of students as the training subject of judge-thinking core competence,and catalyzing the emotional sublimation of students about love oblation nursing occupational career in a rational answer "What,Why,How" nursing practice and self-study,is one of important measures to enhance the comprehensive quality of students.
