我国民营企业投资非洲的现状分析及金融政策建议

Analysis on Chinese Private Enterprises' Investing in Africa and Financial Policy Suggestions

在民营企业完成了一定的资金积累以后,对外投资是其利用好全球资源和市场,实现资产保值增值的必然选择。我国民营企业投资非洲,一方面是为了避开竞争日益激烈的国内市场;另一方面是看好非洲巨大的市场潜力。越来越多的民营企业加入投资非洲的行列,但在投资非洲的过程中却面临政治、经济、文化等各方面的问题,阻碍了我国民营企业在非洲的投资进程。文章针对我国民营企业投资非洲的风险,提出在金融政策方面,应提供对外直接投资贷款、提高投资基金发放额度、建立海外投资保险体系等建议。

After completed a certain amount of capital accumulation,Chinese private enterprises invest abroad to make good use of global resources,access to new markets and increase the value of assets.Their investment motives reflect both the intensive competition being experienced in the Chinese marketplace today as well as the attractiveness of African markets and the growth potential identified by the enterprises themselves.But their investment in Africa faces political,economic and other problems.Learning from United States and Japan＇s experiences,this paper proposes related financial policy recommendations for private enterprises to prevent the risk of investing in Africa.
