Research on the Economic Legislation and System in Han Dynasty

汉代特别是西汉时期是中国封建社会第一个经济发展的高峰期,也是历史上经济法和经济管理制度建立和完善的重要时期。西汉初中期,为了加强对手工业、工矿业的管理,防止私造钱币,中央政府设立了工官9处、铁官46处,实行专营统管矿产和铸币权,并相应地建立、健全相关法律。同时,西汉王朝还建立、完善了工商贸易立法,包括市场交易法、货币流通法、产品质量法、财产税法、矿业矿产税法等。此外,汉代的对外贸易法亦相当完善。

The development of economy in Han Dynasty especially in Western Han Dynasty is the first peak stage in feudal society of China and the important stage for building and perfecting of the economic legislation and the economic system.At the early and middle stage of the Western Han Dynasty,the government has set up the manufacture officer in nine areas and iron officer in 46 regions and ruled the minerals and mintage and improved the related laws and regulations for strengthening the management of the manufacture and mineral industry.Meanwhile,business and trade legislation inculde Market Trading Act,Currency Circulation Law,Products Quality Law,Propety Tax Law,Mineral Tax Act,and Foreign Trade Law ect.had been made in the Western Han Dynasty.
