磁性导电聚苯乙炔薄膜的合成与表征

摘要 文章以苯乙烯为原料,通过溴化和脱溴化氢生成苯乙炔。利用无水AlCl3作催化剂合成聚苯乙炔(PPA),并通过物理共混法制得聚苯乙炔/磁流体复合物薄膜。对其磁性、成膜性进行了研究,结果表明:产物磁性、成膜性均良好并且受催化剂用量影响较大。 Using phenylethene as primary reagent,ethynylbenzene can be got through bromination and the removal of bromide hydrogen.And the polyphenylacetyene(PPA) with certain solubility and conductivity is synthesized,when anhydrous aluminum chloride is used as a catalyst.The PPA is mixed with certain Ferro fluid(Fe3O4) and got a composite of PPA/ magnetic liquid film.The magnetism、film and catalyst system of the product are studied.The results showed that: using anhydrous aluminum chloride as catalyst,the cis-trans PPA is obtained,and conductivity 、magnetism、film of the product are well.The conductivity of PPA is affected by the catalyst system.
