Microwave induced oxidation process for dye waste water treatment with ACF as catalyst

摘要 以活性炭纤维(ACF)作为微波诱导催化剂,采用微波诱导氧化工艺处理活性艳红K-2BP模拟废水.结果表明,活性炭纤维的微波催化效果要远好于颗粒活性炭.实验在微波辐照时间为150s,微波辐照功率为650W,活性炭纤维用量为2.5g,反应pH为2时,65mg/L的活性艳红K-2BP脱色率达到99.73%.动力学研究发现氧化过程呈现一级反应动力学特征,动力学方程为:lnc=-0.029 64t+4.344 5(r2=0.984 55),反应速率常数为k=0.029 64s-1,半衰期t1/2=29.1s. Taking ACF as microwave induced catalyst,microwave induced oxidation process was used to treat the simulated reactive red K-2BP dye waste water.The result shows that the catalysis effect of ACF is much better than GCF.Under the optimum condition that microwave radiation time 150s,microwave power is 650W,the mount of ACF is 2.5g and the pH is 2,the decoloration efficiency can be up to 99.73%.Kinetics study indicates that the oxidation process accords with the first order reaction kinetics,the kinetics equation is given as follows:lnc=-0.029 64t+4.344 5(r2=0.984 55),the reaction velocity constant k is 0.029 64/s,the half-time t1/2 is 29.1s.
