尿畅舒胶囊替代雌激素治疗绝经后尿道综合征临床研究

Clinical Research of Niaochangshu Capsule Instead of Estrogen on Female Patients with Post-menopause Urethral Syndrome

目的探讨尿畅舒胶囊治疗肾虚血瘀型绝经后尿道综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机对照、双盲双模拟方法,选取肾虚血瘀型绝经后尿道综合征患者36例,分为尿畅舒胶囊治疗组(24例)和尼尔雌醇对照组(12例),分别采用相应药物治疗2个月。观察治疗前后2组患者国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、中医证候积分的变化及血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)的变化。结果 2组患者I-PSS、QOL、中医证候积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。2组血清激素水平均为绝经状态,E2、FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),FSH较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿畅舒胶囊治疗肾虚血瘀型绝经后尿道综合征临床有效,且无不良反应。

Objectives To investigate the clinical effect and security of Niaochangshu capsule on post-menopause urethral syndrome of female patients with Shenxu Xueyu type. Methods A total of 36 female patients with post-menopause urethral syndrome were randomly assigned to two groups, Niaochangshu capsule treatment group （24 cases） and Nflestriol control group （12 cases）, and treated with correspongding drugs for 24 month. The changes in I-PSS, QOL, scores of TCM syndrome, E2 and FSH before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in I-PSS, QOL and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups, all were improved （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in E2 and FSH between the two groups. FSH was lowered in both groups with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Niaochangshu capsule has good clinic effect on post- menopause urethral syndrome of female patients with Shenxu Xueyu type.
