摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法建立山楂化滞丸中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS1 C18柱,以乙腈-水-磷酸(85∶14.95∶0.05)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm。结果熊果酸在0.512 6~10.252μg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为Y=28 451.85X+759.46,r=0.999 8。平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.13%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为山楂化滞丸中熊果酸的定量分析提供了有效方法。
Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of ursolic acid in Shanzha Huazhi Wan by HPLC. Methods Diamonsfl ODS1 C18 column was used with acetonitrile-water- orthophosphoric (85 : 14.95 : 0.05) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 210 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.512 6~10.252 μg for ursolic acid and linear equation was Y=28 451.85X+759.46, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 98.9% and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 1.13% (n =6). Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good which provide scientific quantitative analysis method of ursolic acid in Shanzha Huazhi Wan.
