摘要
我国《食品安全法》明确规定"国务院设立食品安全委员会,其工作职责由国务院规定"。本文分析了日本、美国、澳大利亚等国食品安全协调机构的设置,探讨了我国食品安全委员会主要职责,提出了组织架构建设的意见。
It is clearly stated in the national food safety law that the State Council is responsible for establishment of national food safety commission and stipulating its responsibilities.The paper analyzed setup and mechanism for food safety coordination organization in Japan,USA and Australia,discussed the responsibity of Chinese national food safety commission,and put forward suggestion for organizational layout.
