摘要
分析了我国食品质量安全法律体系现状及存在的问题,借鉴部分发达国家食品质量安全管理体制和法律的特点,从不同方面提出了完善我国食品质量安全管理体制和法律的建议。
The article analysed the shortcoming of our country＇s food quality safety management system.According to the characteristics of food quality safety management and legal system in some developed countries,the article put forward the suggestions of reforming our country＇s food quality security management system from different aspects.
