摘要
目的优选山楂中总黄酮的提取工艺条件。方法以总黄酮提取量为考察指标,用比色法测定总黄酮含量,以饮片粒度、乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、提取时间为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果优选提取工艺为:粗粒、8倍量70%乙醇提取3次((2h,1h,1h))。结论优选工艺提取的黄酮类成分含量高,工艺简单,适宜工业化生产。
Objective To confirm the optimum extraction of the total flavonoids from Crataegi Froctus.Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting condition using L9(34) table.Total flavonoids determined by colorimeter was taken as the evaluating marker.The decoction pieces granularity,ethanol dosage,ethanol concentration and the extracting time were considered influencing factors.Results The optimum extraction conditions were refluxed with 8 times amount of 70% alcohol for 3 times(2h,1h,1h).Conclusion The contents of the flavonoids obtained were high by the optimum extraction conditions.The technique is simple and adapts for industrialized production.
