温莪术挥发油的最佳提取工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法提取温莪术中挥发油的收得率,确定最佳的提取工艺,同时,考察这两种不同提取方法对温莪术挥发油化学成分特别是有效成分的影响。方法以温莪术挥发油的收得率为指标,采用正交实验法考察水蒸气蒸馏法中粉碎度、溶剂量、提取时间提取次数对收得率的影响及超临界CO2萃取法中萃取压力、萃取温度、粉碎度及萃取时间等工艺参数对萃取率的影响。结果两种不同提取方法所得挥发油含量不同,经过比较,超临界萃取法所得的油要比常规提取法高,且所得的化合物要比常规法多,同时主要有效成份含量也较高。结论不同的提取方法所得挥发油含量存在较大差异,其化学成份差别也较大。超临界CO2萃取挥发油的收率高,提取工艺优于水蒸汽蒸馏法。 Objective To compare the steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction from the Curcuma aromatica Salisb.extraction of essential oil yield,to determine the optimal extraction process,and the influences of the two different extraction methods on volatile Oil and chemical composition particularly the effective components.Methods We selected the yield rate as the observing index.The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate steam distillation test operation,crushing extraction solvent extraction rate of the influence and supercritical CO2 extraction experiment device extraction temperature and pressure,crushing mesh of process parameters on the effect of extraction.Results Two different extraction of essential oil content,making comparisons,supercritical extraction method than the conventional oil extraction,and the compounds than the conventional method,meanwhile the main active ingredient content was also higher.Conclusion The different methods bring great difference in yielding essential oil from curcuma aromatica salisb.Supercritical CO2 extraction has a high yielding rate,better than the steam distillation.
