混栽模式下转基因741杨抗虫性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用随机取样的方法,对河北省保定市大激店混栽模式下不同株系的转基因741杨pb29、pb11、pb17及对照741杨试验林进行了节肢动物群落调查,并初步分析了其群落组成、物种数量随时间的变化及优势种的发生发展规律。结果表明:混栽模式下的转基因741杨pb29、pb11和pb17的节肢动物种类组成基本一致,其群落多样性、均匀性均高于对照杨树,优势集中性均低于对照杨树,稳定性较好。混栽转基因741杨林内的优势种异色瓢虫、白毛蚜和杨白潜叶蛾在不同株系上发生趋势基本一致,且在对照杨树上虫口数量较高。 The arthropod community structure was investigated in different transgenic hybrid poplar 741 varieties including pb29,pb11,pb17 and check741 using random sampling method in the paper.The purpose of this study is to analysis the changes over time about the structure of the arthropod community and the species quantity,the law of development of dominant species.The results showed that compositive species were similar among the different transgenic hybrid poplar 741 varieties in this mixed cultivating model,the diversity indexes and evenness indexes of arthropod community in transgenic 741 poplar were higher than the control 741 poplar.The dominant value indexes were lower than the control 741 poplar,and the stability was better.The dominant species in this arthropod community including Harmonia axyridis Pallas,Chaitophorus populialbae Boyer de Fonscolombe and Leucoptera susinella Herrich-Sch ffer had similarly changing tendency,though they had a large quantity in the control 741 poplar.
