摘要
文章以反向热挤压大型4032合金挤压棒为研究对象,对其距径向不同部位的拉伸试棒进行性能测试,并利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜对拉伸断口及其下端组织进行观察,探寻了合金中Si颗粒和富Ni、Fe相对断裂方式及力学性能的影响。
The tensile properties of the samples cut from different locations of 4032 large bar produced by counter extrusion were investigated in this study.Their microstructures and fractgraphs were analyzed by means of optical microscope and scan electric microscope.The fracture model and the effect of Si-rich particles and phases containing Ni and Fe on tensile properties were explored.
