前文对高铬白口铸铁材质的硬度、韧性、残余奥氏体、碳化物的形态与分布,以及基体组织等综合因素对磨球抗磨性的影响进行了分析。在前文的基础上提出了在实际生产中,如何选择控制磨球材质的各元素含量范围以及在熔炼(含变质处理)、浇注、热处理等工艺操作过程中的方法及注意事项。

The influence of the integrated factors,such as the hardness,the tough,the residual austenite,the shape and distribution carbide of high chromium white iron on grinding balls was analysised.Based on the above,the article proposed the method of controlling the various elements content,melting,pouring and heat treatment,as well as the cautions in the production.
