摘要
战后日本能否始终坚持"无核三原则"的国家政策,是国际社会防止和控制核扩散的一个焦点所在,因此一直受到密切注视。作为学术选题,核政策问题通常是日本政治的领地,但日本政治在本质上是文化与人的产物,日本文化的独特性一直影响和制约着日本人关于核问题的思考与行为方式,而离开了这样的视角,对日本核政策的认识注定是不完善的。
Whether Japan can permanently insist the national policy of "Non-nuclear Three Rules" after World War II is the focus for international society to prevent and control nuclear proliferation.Therefore,this issue has attracted focused attention.As for academic topic to be discussed,the nuclear policy issue is the lasting political field.This thesis is trying to interpret the issue from the point of view of Japanese ethnic culture.And also try to basically indicate that Japanese politics is the core of culture and person as a result.It will be imperfect to identify the Japan nuclear policy without realizing that the unique characteristics of Japanese culture has been influencing and limiting Japanese people's thinking style and behaving style on nuclear issue.
