椎弓根钉加椎间植骨术治疗腰椎滑脱的护理

The effects of the internal fixation with the screw and the bone graftings between the vertebra on spondylolysis

目的探讨椎弓根钉加椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱的护理及效果。方法对39例腰椎滑脱患者采用全椎板减胝，椎间植骨加节段性腰椎弓根钉复位内固定术，术前重点做好心埋护理，训练指导；术后做好密切观察病情，预防各种并发症，指导患者进行功能锻炼，相应的出院指导，并定期随访。结果术后随访12～30个月，所有患者均获得良好效果，内周定尤松动、无脱出、无断裂及椎间植骨移位现象，椎体间完全融合，伤口Ⅰ期愈合术后患者腰腿痛症状基本消失，恢复正常的生活和工作。结论弓根钉加椎间植骨融合是治疗腰椎滑脱较理想的方法，围手术期护理对提高患者牛活质量，保证手术成功及术后功能的恢复起重要作用。

Objective To disscuss the nursings and the effects of the internal fixation with the screw and the bone graftings between the vertebra on spondylolysis, Methods 39case with spondylolysis are treated omni-posterior decompression, the bone graftings between the bertebra, and the fixation with the screw. Before the operation, they are well treated the psychological nursing. After the operation, we give close observation over patients＇ condition, prevent their complications, guide the patients on functional training, and arrange the regular follow-up.Results After12-30 months＇visit, we find all the patients are in good conditions： there are on looses , no prolapses , no any fractures between the internal fixation .Even no any shift phenomenon between the vertebra bone graft. The vertebra bone are compltetly merged. The patients＇ backleg pain symptoms disappeare basically, they resume to the nomal life and work. Conchusions The internal fixation with the screw and the bone graftings between the vertebra , are the good treatment for spondylolysis. Perioperative nursings improves the quality of life of the patients, guarantees the successful operation.
