腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗胆囊炎、胆结石的疗效比较

Comparison of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Open Choleeysteetomy on Patients with Cholecystitis and/or Gallstone

目的比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗胆囊炎、胆结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年1月－2009年12月收治于我院且采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的86例胆囊炎、胆结石患者的临床疗效资料，并与之前采取传统开腹手术治疗的86例胆囊炎、胆结石患者的临床疗效资料进行比较。结果腹腔镜手术组患者在手术时间[（77．2±28．7）minvs（112．4±43．6）min]、术中出血量[（166．4±18．3）mlvs（296．8±30．4）ml]术后并发症等方面均优于开腹手术组患者，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊炎、胆结石安全、有效，是一种理想的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curalive effect difference of laparoseopie eholeeysteetomy and open cholecysteetomy on patients with eholecystitis and/or gallstone. Methods The clinical efficacy data of 86 palients with eholeeystitis and/or gallstone underwenl laparoseopie eholeeysteetomy in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Dee. 2009 was retrospectively analyzed, and compare with elinieal efficacy data of 86 cases underwent open eholecyslectomy before this lime. Results There＇s significant difference on surgical operation time, bleeding volume, and postoperative complications between the laparoseopie chole- eysleetomy group and the open eholecysteetomy group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic eholecysleetomy is a safe and eftbetive method for acute eholeeystitis, and worth for spread applieation.
