过期妊娠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的对过期妊娠无产兆孕妇进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的观察,观察过期妊娠与母体细胞免疫是否有关。方法选择过期妊娠无产兆孕妇100例为过期组,同时选择孕37—41周先兆临产孕妇100例为对照组。对两组孕妇外周血T淋巴亚群和NK细胞进行测定,同时行血常规检查,结合外周血白细胞计数计算其百分比。结果正常先兆临产组和过期妊娠组比较,淋巴细胞在妊娠期总数差异无显著性(P〉0.05);CD8+、CD3+所占百分比两组孕妇相比,数值差异均无显著性(P〉0.05);但过期妊娠组孕妇CD4+明显下降[(35.421403-3.47213)%vs(40.64890±8.39074)%],两组比较差异有显著性(P=0.036);过期妊娠组孕妇CD4+/CDS+显著下降[(1.12000±0.23508)vs(1.61220±0.61741)],两组比较差异有显著性(P=0.009);NK细胞两组比较差异无显著性(P=0.834)。结论过期妊娠孕妇和正常先兆临产孕妇比较,过期妊娠孕妇外周血CD4+淋巴细胞数量和CD4+/CD8+比值显著低于正常孕妇,过期妊娠可能与细胞免疫功能改变有关。 Objective To study the expressions of T cell subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood of posttenn pregnancy without symptoms of labor. And to explore the relationship between postterm pregnancy and maternal cell immune function. Methods he plasma levels of T cell subsets and NK ceils were detected hy using flow cytometry in 100 patients with postterm pregnancy and 100 patients with threatened labor from 37 weeks to 41 weeks. And their proportions were calculated with the WBC nf bland routine, Results The proportion of NK cell, CD3+, CDS+ in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. There is no significant difference (P〉0.05) between them; ED4+, CD4+/CDS+ tire significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The immune fimction of the patients with postterm pregnancy is significantly lower than that of the normal labor.
