子宫内膜异位症术后辅助药物治疗的临床研究

目的探讨米非司酮与孕三烯酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后的临床疗效及安全性。方法对120例子宫内膜异位症患者进行回顾性分析，随机分为三组，术后应用米非司酮组、术后应用孕三烯酮组以及未用药组各40例，比较三组临床疗效、药物不良反应以及复发情况。结果米非司酮组患者40例。其中有6例复发，2例在术后1年内复发，3例在术后1－3年内复发，1例在3年后复发。孕三烯酬组患者40例，其中有5例复发，2例在术后1年内复发，2例在术后1～3年内复发，1例在3年后复发。未用药组患者40例，其中有12例复发，4例在术后1年内复发，4例在术后1～3年内复发，3例在3年后复发。对米非司酮组、孕三烯酮组进行疗效比较后发现差异元显著性（P〉0．05）。米非司酮组、孕三烯酮组复发率分别为15％、12．5％，低于未用药组的（30％），差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮与孕三烯酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后具有经济实用、安全、有效、不良反应少等特点，能显著降低其复发，是治疗子宫内膜异位症术后患者的有效方法。

Objetive To study the clinical effects and safety of mifepristone arid gestrinone as postoperative auxiliary medicine to palients with endometriosis. Methods 120 patients werc randomly divided into postoperation with mifepristone group, postoperation with gestrinone group and non-postoperation medicine group, 40 cases for each group. A retrospective analysis was carried out to compare the clinical effects, adverse drug reaction and relapse catlditions, Results The symptom of patients in all groups was improved with remission in various degree, The adverse reaction of mifcpristone grottp was less than that of gestrinone group. And there was no significant difference in curative effects in these two groups（P〉0.05）. But the curative offects of mifepristone and gestrinone groups were significantly hotter than that of noapostoperation medicine group（P〉0.05）. The recurrence rates of mifepristone, gestrinone and norl- postoperation medicine groups were 15%, 12.5% and 30% respectively. Conclusion It showed that the mlfeprlstone and gestrinone used as postoperative auxiliary medicine to patients with cndometriasis have the advantages of economic and practical, safe, effective, less adverse reaction, and can obviously redune the recurrence rate, which is a effective method.
