中药外治法用于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效探讨

Exploring the curative effect of treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with chinese medieine external therapy

目的探讨中药外治法治疗湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法选择178例确诊为湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的女性，随机分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组。对照组采用广谱抗生素静脉滴注3个疗程，试验1组采取中药保留灌肠加中药腹部外敷治疗3个疗程，试验2组与试验1组同法治疗6个疗程。比较三组的综合疗效，治愈率及停药后6个月内的复发率。结果三组综合疗效比较，试验2组综合疗效最优，差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）。对照组、试验1组和试验2组的治愈率分别为19％，34％，61％；停药后6个月内的复发率分别为55％，35％，12％；三组治愈率和复发率比较差异均有极显著性俨〈0．01）对照组的治愈率最低，复发率最高；试验2组的治愈率最高，复发率最低。结论中药保留灌肠联合中药腹部外敷连续治疗湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症6个疗程具有较好的疗效。

Obiective To explore, the curative effect of treating sequelae, of pelvic inflammatory disease with chinese medicine extemal therapy. Methods 178 cases that diagnosed as sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group, test Group 1, and test Group 2. Control group were treated by dripping with broad-spectrum antibiotics for three cycles intravenously; and applying Chinese medicine retention enema and Chinese medicine abdominal hot compmss on test Group 1 for three cycles; test Group 2 was used the same methods as goup 1 for six cycles. Comparing the comprehersive effect, cure rate and the recurrence rate within the six-month after the treatment Results Comparing the integrated effect of the three groups; test groups 2 was the optimal （ P〈 0.01）. The cute rates of control gvup, test Group I, and test Group 2 were 19%, 34%, 61% respectively; and the recurrence rates were 55%, 35%, 12% respectively.There were statistically significant differences among these three groups （P〈0.01 ）; test group 2 had the highest cure rate and the lowest recurrence rate; and control group had the opv）site results. Conclusion Applying Chinese medicine retention enema and abdominal Chinese medicine hot compress on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease for 6 cycles has remarkable treatment effect.
