摘要
目的:介绍DNA芯片技术和评价其在新药设计和开发中的价值;方法:查阅和综述近年来有关文献。结果:DNA芯片技术可同时检测和分析几千种基因的表达类型,为基因的功能研究和新药开发提供线索。结论:DNA芯片有助于识别药物相应靶序列,亦可用于监视药物治疗反应的基因表达改变.
OBJECTIVE: To brief pharmacologists on DNA chip technology and evaluate its role in new drug design and development. METHODS: To review the relevant articles Published in recent years. RESULTS: DNA chips could be used tomeasure the expression patterns of thousands of genes simultaneously, generating clues to gene function and new drug design.CONCLUSION: DNA chip technology can help to identify appropriate target sequence for therapeutic intervention, and can alsobe used to monitor changes in gene expressions in response to drug treatment.
