摘要
目的:研制一种以卡波母974为基质、含有甲硝唑及盐酸林可霉素的缓释凝胶,并制定质量控制标准。方法:采用分光光度法分别对上述两种药物进行含量测定。结果与结论:甲硝唑平均回收率为99.27%、RSD为1.15%;盐酸林可霉素平均回收率为100.17%,RSD为2.22%。
AIM: To prepare a slow -- released carbomer matrix gel which contains metronidazole and lincomycin hydrochlorideand to work out its quality control standard. METHODS: The contents of metronidazole and lincomycin were measured by spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The mean recovery rate of metronidazole was 99.27% and RSD of metronidazole was 1. 15%. Themean recovery rate of lincomycin hydrochloride was 100. 17% and RSD was 2.22%. CONCLUSION: Under the experimentalcondition, the matrix did not interfere the measurement and the results of measurement accorded with the demands of hospitalpharmaceutical measurements.
