摘要 面向任务的指挥控制组织(Task Oriented Command and Control Organization,TOC2O)从使命任务出发对组织结构进行动态构建,以满足联合作战的任务需求,并且能够迅速地适应战场环境的动态变化。对TOC2O的四种相关设计方法进行了简要论述。总结了对TOC2O建模、仿真的主要研究机构、项目,对比分析了各自的优缺点,最后总结了当前研究的主要特点,提出了下一步研究的方向。 Task Oriented Command and Control Organization is a kind of C2 organiztion which can be reconfigured dynamically with mission.This characteristic can adopt the changement of battle environment and satisfy the requiement of joint operations.Four kinds of design method of TOC2O are dissertated briefly.At the same time,the mainly research institutions and projects on modeling and simulating the TOC2O are be contrasted.Finally,the paper presents the point of current research and puts forward future work.
