摘要
以糠醛为原料,自制的P-V-Cr杂多酸盐(K13PV12Cr2O42)为催化剂,合成了香料糠酸甲酯,考察了反应条件对产物收率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂用量对糠酸用量为5%,回流反应时间4 h,酯的收率可达89.5%,表明此杂多酸盐具有良好的催化活性。
Using P-V-Cr heteropoly acid salt as catalyst,methylfuroate was prepared from furfural.The effect of reaction conditions on yield was studied.The results showed the optimum conditions as follows:the ratio of acid to methanol was 4 ∶1,the dosage of catalysts was 5%(α-furancarboxyic acid),and the reaction time was 4 h,the yield can reach 89.5%.It showed that the heteropoly acid salt has good catalytic activity.
