摘要
考察了乙醇浓度、水浴温度、提取时间、料液比等对用乙醇提取女贞子中黄酮类化合物浸提率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为50%,料液比1∶35(g∶mL),90℃下浸提回流1 h,在此条件下,黄酮类化合物的浸提率可达到1.239%。
The extraction of flavonoid from the ligustrum lucidum was studied,focusing on the ethanol concentration,water temperature,extraction time and material liquid ratio for single factors.The optimum conditions were 50% ethanol with material liquid ratio for 1 ∶35（g ∶mL） in 90 ℃ temperature for extraction reflux 1 h.The extraction rate under the method discussed above is proximately 1.239%.
