Advances in polychlorinated biphenyls and their biodegradation in the environment

摘要 综述了多氯联苯生物降解的研究进展,介绍了多氯联苯代谢的两种途径:厌氧过程和需氧过程。降解的途径取决于多氯联苯同源物的复杂程度、微生物的种类及微生物间的相互作用。 The research progress on the biodegradation of PCBs was reviewed.Studies show that there are two biologically mediated PCBs degradation processes: anaerobic and aerobic.The degradation route is dependent on the complexity of the PCBs congener coupled with the type of microorganism employed and the interaction among the microorganisms.
