摘要
采用分光光度法研究曙红Y与盐酸氯丙嗪的结合反应。在酸性介质中,盐酸氯丙嗪与曙红Y通过静电作用和疏水作用,生成离子缔合物,组成比为1∶2,最大褪色波长位于512 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.21×104L/(mol.cm)。在最佳条件下,盐酸氯丙嗪的浓度在0.32~9.20 mg/L范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,其线性回归方程为A=-0.187 2-0.091 69C(mg/L),线性相关系数r=0.999 0;检出限为0.095 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.98%(4.0 mg/L,n=11),回收率为98.6%~101.6%。该方法简单、快速,应用于药物制剂中盐酸氯丙嗪的含量测定,结果令人满意。
The interaction of eosin Y with chlorpromazine hydrochloride was investigated by spectrophotometry and a new method for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride was described.In acidic medium,chlorpromazine hydrochloride reacted with eosin Y to produce an ion-association by virtue of electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic interaction.The stoichiometric ratio of the compounds was 1∶2 and the maximal absorption wavelength was at 512 nm,ε= 3.21×104 L/(mol·cm).Beer's law was obeyed in a range of 0.32~9.20 mg /L of chlorpromazine hydrochloride.The linear regression equation was A =-0.187 2-0.091 69 C(mg/L),with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 0.The detection limit was 0.095 mg/L,RSD was 0.98%(4.0 mg/L,n=11) and recovery was 98.6%~101.6%.This method was characterized by simplicity and rapidity of reaction and had been successfully applied to the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory results.
