摘要 基于课题建设的需要,需对某型雷达脉冲调制器进行固态化改造,为达到经济省时的目的,采用了设计与仿真的方法。应用新型功率开关器件IGBT替代电真空器件,设计了单片机控制的固态脉冲调制器,克服了雷达脉冲调制器中广泛采用的电真空器件的局限性。Simulink仿真结果表明,调制波形及功率完全满足雷达的战术技术指标。得出了所设计的固态调制器可以工程化的结论。 Because of the need of subject construction, it was needed to implement a solid-state transformation on a type of radar pulse modulator. In the purpose to save money and time, adopt the method of design and simulation. This paper designs a MCU-controlled solid-state modulator. It uses the new power switching devices IGBT to replace the electricity vacuum component and overcomes limitation of electricity vacuum component, which is widely used in Radar modulators. Simulink results show that the modulation wave and power satisfy the radar tactical and technical requirements. Conclusion was obtained that the designed solid-state modulator can be used in engineering.
