摘要
为了符合煤炭产量监测系统的设计要求,实时监测矿井出煤量,开发了将电气设计和防爆技术相结合的计量分站。介绍了计量分站以LM2903构建的反相施密特触发器为基础的频率采集电路和以TLP421为基础设计的无源触点型开关量采集电路,以及MODEM传输方式采用的基于ASCII编码方式的低误码率数据帧设计方法,重点介绍了计量分站中齐纳式安全栅的设计、灌封和本质安全电路的布线要求和评定方法。国家检验机构检验结果表明,计量分站性能稳定、抗干扰性能好,能够有效实现防爆,符合本安系统的设计要求。
In order to accord with the design requirements of the coal monitoring system, monitor the coal output of coal mine in real-time, the measurement substation was developed that combined electrical design and explosion-proof technology.The measurement substation contains that the frequency acquisition based on the phase schmidt triggers designed by LM2903, the passive contact type digital acquisition based on TLP421,design of the low error rate based on ASCII code mode used in the MODEM transmission.The paper focuses on the design and package of safety barrier, casting, and the layout design and test of the intrinsically safe circuits.The test result of National Explosion-proof Organization shows that the measurement substation complies with procedures.In addition, the measurement substation shows stable performance, good anti-jamming performance and explosion-proof effectively, accord with the design requirement of the intrinsically safe system.
