缺氧损伤机制研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 急性高原病是部队急进高原所面临的主要卫勤保障问题,其始动因素是缺氧,因此,探索缺氧损伤机制可以为研究急性高原病防治措施提供理论基础和科学依据。文章围绕缺氧损伤的关键病理生理环节,综述了组织和细胞的缺氧反应、缺氧诱导因子的作用、组织再灌注损伤机制,以及缺氧对心血管系统、脑组织和其他系统损伤机制的研究进展,并对未来的缺氧损伤机制研究进行了展望。
