摘要
利用白细胞粘附抑制实验， 对胃癌特异性转移因子（ Ｇ Ｔ Ｆ） 的生物学活性及其作用特异性进行了研究。结果表明胃癌特异性转移因子在体外具有白细胞粘附抑制能力， 并且这一生物学活性具有抗原特异性（ Ｐ＜ ００１ ） 。
By using leukocytes adherence inhibition(LAI) test,the biological activity and specificity of gastric carcinoma specific transfer factor(GTF) were studied The results showed GTF exhibited ability to inhibit the leukocyte adherence in vitro,and this biological activity has antigenic specificity
