Design of the Simple Equivalent Sampling Digital Oscilloscope

系统以C8051f020单片机和FPGA为控制核心,主要包括输入调理、跟踪触发、信号采集、数据处理等模块,含有四个扫描时基档,三个垂直灵敏度档,具有波形存储、回放显示和频率测量等功能。

The oscilloscope consists of such mokules as input conditioning,tracking trigger,signal acquisition,data processing function,and contains four scanning stalls,three vertical sensitivity stalls.It also has functions of the waveform st orage,playback,and frequency measurement.
