摘要
采用离散元分析软件PFC3D对球磨机在不同磨球尺寸选择下的各向接触力、功率的输出等进行模拟分析。对各个涉及参数进行了优化选择,并分析模拟得到的数据结果,为更好的探索球磨机磨球机理和最佳的磨球尺寸选择提供了一定的参考依据。
It was Adopted that discrete element software PFC3D analysis contact force of ball mill and the output of power and so on to make the simulation results better close to the production practice.All involved parameters were optimized,and the results of simulated data for exploring the mechanism and the best selection of ball size were analyzed to provide references.
