摘要 铜基含油轴承是一种自润滑减磨零件。它的特点是使用寿命长、噪音低,适用于精度要求更高,噪音要求更低的各类轻负荷微型电动机及其他机械。不同粒度的铜基粉料烧结的含油轴承外形尺寸有较明显的差异,如果对粒度区间加以严格控制,可使产品外形尺寸一致性得到有效控制,有利于产品合格率的提高。粉料粒度绝非越粗越好。在成份和工艺一定的情况下,粉料粒度越粗,烧结零件的强韧性就越差,同时为减小零件烧结后的收缩问题,在满足零件强度要求的前提下,适当加粗粉料粒度。 Oil-bearing copper is a kind of self-lubricating anti-friction part,which is characterized by long life and low noise.It is suitable for higher precision,lower noise requirements of various types of light duty miniature motors and other machines.Different particle size of copper powder sintered oil-bearing dimensions have a more significant difference,if the particle size range to be strictly controlled,the consistency of the product can be effectively controlled,the rate of qualified products was increased too.Powder particle size is not better if it is highly coarse.In the ingredients and process in certain circumstances,the more coarse powder particle size,strength and toughness of sintered parts are worse.So it must be taken into account to meet the strength requirements of the premise part,the appropriate bold powder particle size,is conducive to reduce the shrinkage of sintered parts.
