摘要
利用铜模喷铸法制备了具有形状记忆性能的高含Cu快速凝固Ti 50Ni 25Cu25合金棒材,并对其铸态和退火态组织进行了分析。详细研究了热处理温度对马氏体相变行为的影响,研究了Ti 50 Ni25Cu25合金棒材铸态和退火态的室温压缩力学行为,并测试了合金的形状记忆性能。各合金表现出良好的形状记忆性能和小的相变热滞。热处理提高了Ti 50 Ni 25Cu 25合金的相变温度和形状回复应变,550℃退火处理后预应变8%的Ti 50Ni 25Cu25合金棒材的形状回复应变约为2.2%。在500℃和550℃之间退火处理,有利于获得具有小相变热滞和优良形状记忆性能的合金棒材。
In this paper,several rapidly-solidified Ti50Ni25Cu25 rods were fabricated by copper mold casting method.The microstructure of as-cast and annealed Ti50Ni25Cu25 rods was studied,and the effect of annealing temperature on the martensitic transformation characteristics was also explored.Moreover,the mechanical properties and their shape memory properties were investigated.All the rods exhibited a well-defined shape memory effect and small transformation hysteresis.The annealed rods have higher transformation temperatures and bigger shape recovery strains compared to the as-cast ones.Under the pre-strain of 8%,a shape recovery strain of 2.2% was obtained in the rod annealed at 550 ℃.Heat treatment at an optimal temperature range from 500℃ to 550℃ is beneficial for the tunable properties of a small transformation hysteresis and has a good shape memory effect.
