摘要
采用正交分析方法对冬虫夏草液体深层发酵培养基配方进行了优化,结果表明,冬虫夏草生长最适液体培养基配方为:土豆20%、牛肉膏0.08%、蛋白胨0.2%、KH2PO40.15%、MgSO4.7H2O 0.15%、蔗糖1.5%、葡萄糖2.5%;温度为23℃,转速为130r/min,初始pH值为7,培养周期4d,菌丝体生物量产率比优化前提高了2倍。
The liquid culture media of cordyceps sinensis mycelia was optimized by means of orthogonal analysis. The results showed that the optimal medium for the myeelia was 20% potato, 0. 08% beef extraxt 0.2% peptone, 0.15 % KH2PO4, 0. 15 % MgSO4 · 7H2O,1.5% sucrose,2.5% glucose and pH natural. In the cultural condition of 23 ℃, 130r/min and 4 d, the mycelia biomass could gain 19. 5 g/L , which was as 2 times higher than that before optimization.
