摘要 进料夹紧机构是双工位截段圆锯机的关键组成部分,在工作过程中由于工作频繁致使其非常容易损坏。采用ST2建立三维模型导入虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS对进料夹紧机构进行仿真,以确定进料夹紧机构中弹簧的扭矩及变形曲线,并对弹簧进行优化选择,分析其受力状态及使用寿命,为设计合理的进料夹紧机构提供理论依据。 As a key component of a circular saw with double work stations and cut segment,a feeding and clamping mechanism is a vulnerable part because of working frequently in the process of operation.ST2 is used to establish a 3-dimension solid model which is imported to ADAMS simulation software of a virtual prototype to simulate its feeding and clamping mechanism in order to determine the torque and the deformation curve of the spring in the feeding and clamping mechanism,to optimize and choose the spring used for the mechanism and to analyze the stress status and service life,therefore providing a theoretical basis for the most rational feeding and clamping mechanism.
