摘要
目的:探讨卡托普利对高血压病患者血糖、胰岛素、脂蛋白水平的影响。 方法:将 64 例高血压病患者给予卡托普利治疗 3 月后,观察其血糖、胰岛素、脂蛋白水平的变化。 结果:3 月后, 患者收缩压、舒张压均显著降低( P< 0.01),用餐后血糖和胰岛素分别由 9.98±4.6 m m ol/ L和 138±18 m U/ L降至 7.1±1.8 m m ol/ L 和 101 ±30 m U/ L( P均<0.01); T C、 T G、 L D L┐ C、apo B显著降低,而 H D L┐ C、apo A I显著升高( P< 0.05, P< 0.01)。 结论:卡托普利在降压的同时能改善胰岛素抵抗,并可降低高血压患者冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的危险性。
Objective:To explore the effects of captopril on the concentrations of glucose, insulin and lipoprotein in plasma in the patients with hypertension. Method:The concentrations of glucose, insulin and lipoprotein were weasured both before and after receiving captopril for 3 months. Results:The SBP and DBP decreased highly ( P <0.01) , and the concentrations of glucose and insulin in plasma decreased from 9.98±4.6 mnol/L and 138±18 mU/L to 7.1 ± 1. 8 mmol/L and 101±30 mU/L respectively( P <0.01). The TC、TG、LDL C, apoB in decreased and the HDL C,apo A1 creased significantly ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion:Captopril can improve insulin resistance and decrease the risk of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease in patients with hypertension.
